SongCraft Studio: Your Music, Your Way Learn to write and compose your own songs! ​ ​ Ready to bring your musical ideas to life? Our group songwriting program guides you through writing, producing, and recording your very own song - perfect for students who have learned an instrument for 1+ years or a singer looking for skills to dive into songwriting.  ​ This hands-on journey lets you explore various instruments and musical styles while learning the fundamentals of songwriting. By the end of the term, you'll have your own recorded song to share. ​ Led by Jack Williamson, a lifelong musician who's been immersed in music since age seven. With a Bachelor in Music and years of teaching experience, Jack brings a unique, student-centered approach to songwriting. His teaching philosophy focuses on understanding what makes music resonate personally with each student, empowering them to analyse, create, and ultimately teach themselves. Whether you're starting from scratch or looking to deepen your musical understanding, Jack will help guide you through your songwriting journey. Join us to unlock your creative potential and discover the songwriter within! ​ In 2025, this program will be offered on Wednesdays at 4:15pm-4:45pm weekly and run for four terms.
