Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully. In booking a party with Player 1 you are confirming that you have read, understood and agree with our policies.

PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and is due within 7 days of booking made. We will hold your booking for 7 days.  Failure to pay the deposit within the allocated time-frame could result in loss of your requested booking time.  The final outstanding payment fees are required to be paid 7 days before your party.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

If you wish to cancel your party, 72 hours notice is required to avoid a short notice fee of $100. All deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. 

If you wish to reschedule, we will happily do so subject to availability at no extra charge.

ARRIVALS
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your party as party set‐up is occurring prior to this time.

GUESTS
Birthday children must be included in the guest numbers. Please note that any unconfirmed children that attend on the day will be charged for and will require payment in store. Parents and younger siblings are welcome free of charge but not catered for.

CONFIRMATION OF GUEST NUMBERS
Please confirm your final guest numbers with us via email 7 days prior to your booking. If you have any special requests or allergies please make sure these are also confirmed at this time. Once final numbers have been confirmed, we will confirm the final amount due. Please note that we do not issue refunds for any ‘no-shows’ on the day.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR CHILDREN AND GUESTS
The wellbeing of children and guests attending parties at Player 1 is your responsibility and parents/adults of children attending the function. Children aged 5 years and under must have a guardian or parent stay with them throughout the duration of the party.

ALLERGIES
Player 1 accepts no responsibility for children eating food they may be allergic to during a party. You are welcome to bring substitute food if you have a child with an allergy.

DAMAGE TO PLAYER 1

Any damage to any Player 1  equipment that occurs during a party is to be paid by you.

PARTIES CANCELLED BY US DUE TO COVID OR CHANGED AND UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES 
Player 1 reserves the right to cancel parties at any time for any reason. We will make every effort to reschedule your party. Examples include extreme weather conditions, building damage through weather, fire or electrical malfunction, technology issues or power outage. Player 1 accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to any person, equipment or merchandise as a result of a cancellation. Player 1 is indemnified against any such claim, action, loss or damage. Parties cancelled due to a Covid Lockdown are refunded in full or rescheduled.
