ROCK BAND
6 - 12 years
When: Thursday 15 January or

Time: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
Cost: $110 per day (5 hrs) (Early Bird: $99 until 8 Dec)

Our most popular school holiday workshop returns again this summer!
In this high-energy, hands-on music experience, kids form real bands, play drums, guitar, bass, keys and vocals, and bring a song to life with guidance from two professional musician-coaches.
Each group learns rhythm, melody and teamwork through fun games, guided rehearsals and performance practice.
The day ends with a mini-concert at 2:45 pm, where families are invited to cheer them on.
It’s a fun, social, and confidence-building day that introduces children to the joy of making music together - whether they’re beginners or already learning. Ideal for a fun day out with a group of friends!
All instruments provided. Bring your own lunch and water bottle. Limited spots available!

SINGING WORKSHOP

Sing, sparkle, and shine like a Disney star with professional jazz singer and teacher, Isabel Sargon.
In this joyful two-hour workshop, young singers explore their favourite Disney songs - from Frozen to The Little Mermaid.
Through singing games, movement, and imagination, they’ll learn how to use their voice with confidence and expression.
Each child joins in a short performance at the end, perfect for proud parents to enjoy.
Limited to 10 spots. No experience needed, just enthusiasm and a love of music!
About Your Teacher – Isabel (Issy) Sargon
Isabel Sargon is a professional jazz vocalist and pianist who completed her Bachelor of Music (Jazz Honours) at the world-class Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA).
She’s an accomplished performer, having appeared at The State Theatre Centre of WA, Downstairs at His Majesty’s, The Ellington Jazz Club, and alongside the Western Australian Jazz Orchestra at the Perth International Jazz Festival.
Isabel’s teaching is warm, engaging, and tailored to each student. She brings her professional experience to every session, helping children develop both musical skill and confidence through play and performance.
K-POP DEMON HUNTERS WORKSHOP
6-10 years

Get ready for a high-energy creative adventure inspired by K-Pop Demon Hunters!
In this one-day workshop, kids will dive into the world of K-Pop beats, choreography, and teamwork while learning how music, rhythm, and storytelling come together to create the ultimate performance.
Led by our Player 1 music and performance team, participants will:
- Learn a short K-Pop-style dance and chorus from hit songs inspired by the show
- Create their own stage persona or “hero identity”
- Experiment with beat-making and vocal layering
- Team up for a mini performance at the end of the day
This workshop is about fun, confidence, teamwork, and self-expression — perfect for fans of K-Pop, animation, and performance!
Whether your child already loves singing or is just discovering their voice, this workshop builds confidence, creativity, and joy.
Limited to 20 spots. No experience required.
About Your Teacher – Isabel (Issy) Sargon

Start the new year on a high note with Player 1’s Summer Crash Courses - fun, fast-moving workshops designed to help kids learn real music skills in just two days.
Each separate course in guitar, piano or vocals runs for 2 × 2 hour sessions in small groups, with a relaxed mini-performance at the end of Day 2.
Students receive a take-home pack with worksheets, song materials, and a certificate of achievement.
The perfect mix of creativity, confidence, and fun - ideal for kids who want to try something new before school starts.
