At Player 1 Music School, our private tuition offers students a one-on-one learning experience that’s tailored to their pace, goals, and interests. Whether they’re just starting out or ready to take things to the next level, private lessons provide the focused support and flexibility to thrive musically.
We offer private tuition in: piano, guitar, ukulele, bass guitar, drums and vocals.
Private lessons are ideal for students who want to deepen their skills, work toward performances or auditions, or simply enjoy learning music in a personalised and encouraging environment. All of our teachers are passionate musicians and experienced educators, here to guide every step of the way.
Piano
We provide personalised, one-on-one instruction tailored to students own pace, interests, and learning style. With dedicated teacher support, students build confidence, solid foundations, and a love for music in a focused and encouraging environment. AMEB trained teachers are available.
Guitar
Our private guitar lessons for kids offer focused, one-on-one instruction tailored to their skill level and musical interests. Students build strong technique, confidence, and creativity with the support of a dedicated teacher.
Vocal
Our private vocal lessons for kids provide one-on-one coaching to develop healthy technique, confidence, and self-expression. Lessons are tailored to each child’s voice, goals, and musical style.
Drums

Do you teach AMEB?
Book NowYes, our teacher piano teacher Hannah is our resident AMEB instructor and can arrange exams fof you. You can view her availability in the portal or contact us.
How much do private lessons cost?
Book NowOur 30 minute private lessons cost $47.75, and $71.75 for 45 minutes.
Can my kids share a private lesson?
Meet Our TeamYes, your children can absolutely share a private lesson. The fee is $38.50 per child for a 30-minute shared session.
Annual Performance Concert
At Player 1 Music School, we provide regular performance opportunities to help students build confidence, showcase their progress, and experience the joy of sharing their music with others.
