How do we work?
Lessons at Player 1 Music School are held weekly throughout the year. We take a break over the summer holidays, with our final classes in mid-December and lessons resuming at the end of January.
We offer private, shared (semi-private), and small group classes across a range of instruments and programs.
Lesson durations and formats are outlined clearly at the time of enrolment, so you’ll always know what to expect.
Pricing Schedules
All lessons are paid for through monthly direct debit. Payments are automatically processed on the 1st of each month and cover all scheduled lessons within that billing period. Our fee structure takes into account public holidays and breaks, so there’s no need to adjust payments or track lesson dates manually. It’s a simple, predictable system that helps keep things stress-free for families. You can check on your payments anytime through our customer portal.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, nor once the term has commenced. Refunds are only available in accordance with Australian Consumer Law in the instance of a major fault with our service or if a program is cancelled by us. Prices quoted are for 30 minute lessons.
